 Today started off on a slightly better note than recent days. I woke up, took a nice hot shower to refresh myself, and began getting ready for the day ahead. I brewed some detox tea first, followed by a fresh cup of coffee, and then enjoyed a second one while I sat down to make my grocery list. The list included a few essentials like milk, bread, and cucumber, along with some other items I’m picking up: ice cream, toothpaste, distilled water for my CPAP machine, and ground hamburger. I sent the list over to my dad, and he quickly transferred the money to cover it—always appreciate that support. Now I'm just waiting for my private worker to arrive so we can head out and get everything done. Overall, I'm feeling a bit more positive and energized this morning.
