 Today was one of those quietly satisfying days that started early and unfolded at its own steady pace. I woke up around 4:30 AM, feeling surprisingly refreshed. I got up right away, dressed comfortably, brewed my morning tea, and took my time getting ready for the day ahead. Once I had my laundry sorted and bagged, I was picked up and brought over to handle some dog sitting and laundry duties. The chores went smoothly, and I’m hoping everything finishes quickly so I can head back home without too much delay.

This evening I have therapy, and I’m looking forward to catching my therapist up on a few things.
