 Today was one of those wonderfully relaxed days where I got to sink into a mix of gaming, real-life errands, a movie, and a bit of creative work that left me genuinely proud of the result.

I’ve been diving deeper into The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, and I have to say it’s living up to the hype. The world feels massive and alive. Right now I’m focused on activating the Sheikah Towers and clearing as many Shrines as I can find. The sense of exploration is addictive—every new hilltop reveals another breathtaking vista, and I’m constantly getting sidetracked by koroks, monsters, or just the sheer beauty of Hyrule. I’m really looking forward to finally locating Zelda and uncovering more of the story. The gameplay loop of climbing, gliding, fighting, and puzzle-solving is incredibly satisfying.

On the practical side, I spent some time dealing with banking issues. My online banking account is currently locked, so I had to figure out the proper steps to regain access. I’m also trying to understand the process for receiving money transfers—if someone sends me funds, can I access them right away? Hopefully I’ll get everything sorted soon so life can flow more smoothly.

This afternoon I watched Independence Day: Resurgence. It was entertaining enough—lots of big action, epic destruction, and nostalgic callbacks to the original—but it didn’t quite capture the magic or tension of the first film. Still, it was a fun way to pass the time.
